Your company information and field records.
The early-access form collects your name, work email, company, role and approximate number of projects. FieldBoss uses this information to respond about early access, product availability and setup.
Campaign information
If you arrive through a tagged link, we also save the campaign, source, medium, keyword and Google click ID provided in that link. These help us understand which campaigns generate requests. An anonymized, daily rotating network identifier may be used to limit spam submissions.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the hosted FieldBoss database. The signup inbox and exports are restricted to the FieldBoss owner. The contact request form does not create an account. The company signup form creates your workspace and starts a 30-day trial.
Pilot workspaces and jobsite reports
Customer accounts store a name, email, company membership and a securely hashed password. Project reports store subcontractor and foreman names, work dates, crew counts, shift hours, work areas, work descriptions, notes and optional photos. Project managers can review and export their company’s records. The FieldBoss owner can access pilot workspaces for administration and support.
Project QR links allow report submission without a subcontractor account. They do not provide access to saved reports or photos. Reports and photos are held in dedicated FieldBoss storage. Archived records are retained and can be restored; archiving is not permanent deletion. Session cookies are used for sign-in, and a hashed network identifier helps limit repeated login and report requests. When billing is connected, company administrators can authorize subscriptions in Stripe Checkout and manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation in Stripe’s customer portal. Stripe processes card details; FieldBoss stores billing customer and subscription identifiers, project subscription counts and subscription status. Your trial does not start a paid subscription without completing checkout.
Your choices
You can ask to review or request deletion of your signup, account or report information, or stop receiving follow-up, by contacting jcohran24@gmail.com. We keep requests while early-access follow-up is relevant, or until you ask us to delete them.
